ABOUT
Tali Aizenberg - Founder and CEO
I am a R&D manager with 15+ years of experience in the high tech industry.
I started as a software engineer, advanced to a software architect, a team lead and consequently managed R&D teams for 5 years.
During those years I built and curated a team from the ground up— recruited, supported onboarding processes, career objectives and well-being using a holistic approach, whilst simultaneously balancing both company and employee short and long term goals.
I am also a therapist and an NLP master and coach. I give frontal workshops for women in the high tech industry for job searches and 1X1 coaching on career planning.
